In therapy with me, you have the opportunity to hit the pause button on life for a moment. During this time, it’s all about you—your thoughts, struggles, and dreams. You will find a space where you can be fully accepted without judgment, just as you are. My focus is on listening to you with empathy, curiosity, and compassion. My goal is to help you uncover more about yourself and move towards what is meaningful to you.
My approach to therapy is both personalized and collaborative. I encourage self-exploration and reflection, helping you gain deeper insights into your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This process is essential in understanding what you need to move forward. I work in both English and French with a diverse range of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns.
I am enthusiastic about working with elite athletes, corporate executives, and professional artists. I believe in the power of mental performance coaching and am dedicated to helping clients enhance their performance and overcome mental blocks. It is incredibly rewarding to see clients reach significant milestones, whether it’s winning championships or delivering outstanding performances in high-stakes environments.
One personal experience that profoundly influenced my practice was my involvement in community theatre. Acting on stage not only improved my ability to connect deeply with others but also accentuated the importance of creativity in personal development. This realization led me to integrate creative techniques into my therapy sessions. By using creativity and mindfulness, we can find new opportunities and link the mind and body, which helps with emotional healing.
Performance Interests: When I’m not working with clients, I love acting on stage, dancing, and writing. These hobbies keep my creativity alive and remind me of the joy that comes from following your passions—something I bring into my work in performance psychology. I also enjoy hiking to stay connected to nature. As an amateur stage actor and classically trained dancer, I understand the dedication it takes to excel in these fields. Plus, I’ve been working on my first novel for the past three years, so I know the perseverance needed for long-term projects.

With over 10 years of strength and mindset coaching, I have come to see the value of combining the training of the mind and body. My approach as a therapist evolves from this, appreciating the uniqueness of each individual. As an athlete myself, I am fascinated by what our minds can do and how we, as individuals, have the power to create our own story and journey.
Providing culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive therapy is one of the key focuses of my practice. Born in Nigeria, in a South-Asian Indian family, I have had a culturally rich upbringing that encouraged and fostered multiculturalism throughout my life. While in Nigeria, I attended a Lebanese school that furthered my curiosity and appreciation for diversity and inclusiveness. Coming from an ethnically diverse background, I appreciate the differences and uniqueness of collectivistic and individualistic societies.
I work to provide support and guidance when life can sometimes feel derailed. I believe everyone has strengths, and sometimes we may need direction along with the right tools to navigate through various paths. While I see my clients as the experts of their own lives, my goal is to guide and support you on your journey to healing, whilst maintaining healthy outcomes and positive development.
I am working in consultation and training with Kim Foster Yardley, the founder of The Mental Game Clinic. I look forward to working with you and supporting you to get to where you want to be.
